Frequently asked questions

How are your products made?

Every Overthinkers Collective item is made to order. Once you place an order, your product is created specifically for you before being shipped. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs without overproducing inventory.

Why does my order take a few days to ship?

Because each item is made after your order is placed, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Once production is complete, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Typical estimates:

Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 3–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Why did I receive multiple packages?

Some products may be produced and shipped from different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.

What is your return policy?

Because all items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue, and we'll work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

What if I received the wrong item?

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

Are your products high quality?

We carefully select products that meet our quality standards. Every item is printed using professional production methods and inspected before shipping.

Why do you make products to order?

Making products to order helps reduce waste, avoid excess inventory, and allows us to focus on creating meaningful designs rather than mass-producing products.

How can I contact you?

For any questions regarding your order, products, or collaborations, please contact us through our Contact page or email us at collectiveoverthinkers@gmail.com.
